Any person with an interest in quilting will be considered a member upon payment of annual dues.
​2023 dues are $25. 

Guests and visitors are welcome to attend two meetings but will be expected to join if continued attendance is desired.

Welcome new members!
​We want you to feel familiar with some aspects that might be referenced in a meeting, but not fully explained.
So here are some things to know:
  • Name Tags: We ask that all members wear a cloth name tag with your name on it. If you happen to forget, you can purchase a name tag at the check in table for a quarter. This helps us all get to know one another!
  • Sew and Tell: When you complete a project or quilt, we encourage members to bring it to the meeting and proudly show it off. This is one of the best parts of our meetings and very inspirational!  
  • Newsletter: The newsletter is one of our main sources of communication to members. You will receive this via email after you sign up.
  • Birthday Fat Quarters: Happy Birthday to you! At the monthly meeting in which your birthday falls, you will be able to choose a fat quarter as a gift! ​
  • Group Quilt: This is a fun quilt organized and made by members who desire to do so. A drawing is held at the August Banquet for the winner of the quilt. 
  • Raffle Quilt:  Each year, the guild holds a quilt raffle for fundraising. In the year of a quilt show, the quilt will have been made by members of the guild in the year preceding the show.  In years opposite, the quilt up for raffle is donated by a member. 
  • Bylaws: This document outlines the structure of our organization. Along with the bylaws, there are standing rules that outline the traditions held within the guild. It is beneficial to be familiar with these documents.​
  • August/December Banquets: For these months, we forego the regular meetings and plan members only social events.   A fun time to gather and enjoy a delicious meal! Dates announced at meetings.
